About this event
Join the Downtown Brattleboro Alliance and the Brattleboro Festival of Miniatures as we gather in Pliny Park to celebrate the annual Brattleboro Tree Lighting and officially kick off the 2026 Festival of Miniatures.
This beloved community tradition transforms downtown into a festive gathering place filled with holiday cheer, live music, puppetry, and seasonal surprises for all ages. As the lights illuminate the town tree, visitors can enjoy an evening of celebration while getting an early taste of the miniature magic that will soon appear throughout Brattleboro.
Keep an eye out for special festival moments woven throughout the festivities, along with unexpected delights both big and small. Whether you're beginning your holiday season, visiting downtown with family and friends, or looking forward to exploring the Festival of Miniatures, the Tree Lighting is the perfect way to celebrate the creativity, community, and wonder that make Brattleboro shine.
